See how our fourplex design offers all the comforts of a single family home to provide tenants with a space they won't want to leave

 

This fourplex design features slab-on-grade construction. It's a two-story building with two units on the ground level and two units upstairs. Each unit is 1200 square feet and has three beds and two baths. Three units have ten foot cielings and one has eight foot ceilings. Each unit is self-contained so the tenants cover their own utilities.

The units have their own mechanical rooms which include washer, dryer, HVAC system and utility sink. On the ground floor the units have radiant heated floor systems and upstairs have gas furnaces. Each unit has their own air conditioning unit as well. 

​

There is a walk in closet in the master bedroom along with an ensuite powder room. The master bathroom includes a double vanity and bathtub. The kitchen includes an island, dishwasher and a walk-in pantry. We made sure to include enough closet space for storage and made use of the space under the stairs for additional storage. 

​

Each unit has large windows and doors to brighten the spaces maximally. The units all have three sides with windows to ensure natural light throughout the day. The building is wood frame construction with continuous exterior insulation to maximize efficiency. The roof is metal for durability.

​

We also put effort in the exterior of the building. We include outdoor storage with our builds and add three metal sheds for tenant storage in the yard space. Parking lot offers four parking spaces and one for visitors.
