OUR PROCESS

First, we meet for a tour of your home to discuss your plans and situation. If you qualify for our services and decide to hire us, we will have your home professionally appraised to determine which strategic renovations will maximize the sale price of your home. These renovations will force appreciation and obtain you a better return. 
 
We conduct market research to determine the after repair value (ARV) of needed renovations to have an educated estimate of what your house should sell for. Once we've completed the renovations we're happy to work in conjunction with your realtor so your house is listed as soon as possible. 

TEC takes care of everything for you, from financing your renovations, obtaining building permits and performing the work, we have it covered. On closing, your lawyer will disburse funds to all parties and will reimburse TEC for renovation costs along with our fee. The buyers essentially pay for the renovations so our services are at no cost to you.
